Charlie Parker is the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Keiser University, where he turns inquiries into first days of class across 20+ campuses and an eCampus. He speaks fluent CAC, MER, and LTV, but lower CAC is just table stakes. Charlie doesn’t just buy attention; he earns it, building organic engines and communities of raving fans who recruit for him. Now he’s teaching universities how to get found by AI, not just Google.

His philosophy, Beyond the Brand, is simple, stop managing logos, own the narrative, and play to win instead of playing not to lose. He’s writing a book that starts with one question...what happened to the other 109?

Away from the funnel, he’s a Florida native, married 33 years, two sons, and ruled by a bulldog. He’s also a sports junkie who believes a Mediterranean diet and a good sports venue can fix most things.

Dr. Keiser is Vice Chancellor of the Graduate School at Keiser University, where he has driven dramatic growth in graduate and international enrollment, launched new master's and doctoral programs, and opened thirteen international learning centers across Spain, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

A native Floridian who has also lived in Washington, D.C. and Barcelona, he holds a B.S. and MBA from The George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University. He is Vice Chairperson of Southeastern College, a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Center for Nursing, past President of FAPSC, and owner of a Primrose Early Learning Center in Royal Palm Beach.

Widely published, he has been named one of the top 20 individuals changing higher education in the U.S. by Career Education Colleges and Universities and has received multiple 40 Under 40 awards.
